Blacks In Government (BIG) is pleased to once again invite you to attend the BIG 33rd National Training Conference (NTC) in historic Boston, John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center Boston, Massachusetts August 22-25, 2011.  This year’s theme: “Explore and Navigate Your Leadership Journey Through BIG,” emphasizes one of the critical purposes for which BIG was founded—to build dynamic, progressive leaders throughout government.
